I think the bus number is CW1424 it’s a AT colour Coachways bus it is an Indian driver, well I must tell you what a pleasant and helpful driver, I have seen him over the last few weeks, and I have to say what an absolute gem of a driver. He pulls up to the stop and if early (5 minute in the am at Panmure) switches off his bus (specifically at Panmure in the early mornings, but it does not matter where he is he always gets off the bus, stands at the door, and welcome his passengers onto the bus. He always has a smile; he knows that he is waiting for buses at Panmure and checks the PID to see if they are on time. He continues to announce he is the Britomart express to the customers while standing at his bus. Just thought I should give him a shout out.

With barely any words spoken, one of your lovely team (possibly a driver from one of a few school groups) appeared from nowhere and helped lift the front of the pram up onto even ground for me before continuing on his walk. It was such a fleeting moment I’m not even sure if I said thank you - but today has been a really hard day and the kindness went so much further than he’d ever know.

I am writing as parents of a student who regularly rides school bus 010 to St Cuthbert's College. It has come to our attention that the current bus driver, Janice may be leaving soon and we wanted to express our deep appreciation for her. She has been exceptionally caring, especially towards the younger children on the bus. She has built a sense of trust and connection with both the students and us as parents.
